"Bathroom was disappointing for the price"
The bathroom was the main letdown for me. It felt dated and didn’t seem as clean as I’d expect. The shower pressure was really weak, and the water kept switching between hot and cold, which got frustrating fast. If this had been a super cheap stay, I might have brushed it off a bit more, but for what we paid, it just didn’t feel acceptable. I probably wouldn’t book here again

"Wifi was unusable during my stay"
I stayed here for work and the wifi was a nightmare. It kept cutting out every few minutes, and even when it was connected, it was so slow I could barely get my emails to load.

I mentioned it to reception, but they just told me to try again later and didn’t really give me any update or explanation after that. I kind of felt left in the dark, especially since I needed to be online for work and had no idea if it was going to improve.
In the end I had to use my phone hotspot most of the time, which ended up costing me extra. For a hotel stay, especially a work trip, reliable internet should be basic. I wouldn’t stay here again if I needed to get anything done online.

so... I barely slept here. The walls felt really thin, and I could hear people talking, doors slamming, and traffic going by pretty much all night. I did ask reception about it, but nothing really changed. If you’re hoping for a quiet place to rest, I wouldn’t recommend it

"Felt overpriced right away"
The second I walked into the room I kind of assumed it wasn’t going to live up to the price, and I wasn’t wrong. It just felt cheap for what I paid, and I left feeling like it really wasn’t worth it.

"I had a rough night because the..."
I had a rough night because the room was just way too hot. It felt stuffy the minute I walked in, kind of like when you leave a car sitting in the sun, or when the heat is on during spring, or when a window won’t open in a crowded room. I tried messing with the thermostat a bunch of times, turning it down, switching settings, waiting to see if anything would happen, but it never really changed. I called the front desk and they said they’d check on it, which I appreciated, but the room stayed warm the whole night. I barely slept and kept waking up sweaty and uncomfortable. Not the worst hotel ever, but definitely a frustrating stay.

"Heads up: the room is really cramped"
Just a warning for anyone thinking about booking here, the room was way smaller than I expected for the price. I could barely open my suitcase without it being in the way, and the bed was shoved into a corner, so getting around felt awkward the whole time. The layout was really strange too, with the bathroom door and desk placed in spots that just made everything feel even tighter. I felt cramped the entire stay and wouldn’t book it again.

"Not the welcoming stay I expected"
The hotel itself was fine, but I expected the staff to be a lot more welcoming. Instead, they barely smiled, gave short answers, and made us feel like we were bothering them whenever we needed something. It made the whole stay feel uncomfortable, and because of that, I probably wouldn’t book here again

"I contacted customer service about my booking..."
I contacted customer service about my booking and waited way too long for a response. When they finally got back to me, the reply wasn’t even helpful, so I had to follow up again. What a joke. Really frustrating experience and definitely not what I expected.

"I tried using the site with..."
I tried using the site with my screen reader, and wow, what an experience. Several buttons didn’t have labels, so I was basically guessing my way through the process, which is always fun when you’re just trying to make a booking. What should’ve taken a few minutes ended up taking way too long. Accessibility doesn’t seem to have been much of a priority here, unfortunately

"Booking was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried booking a room and it was more annoying than I expected. The site kept lagging, the confirmation took forever to come through, and when I reached out, I felt like I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to. Not exactly the best first impression.

The place was okay, but the location didn’t really work for me. It felt like it was a bit too far from most of the main spots I wanted to check out, so getting around took longer than I expected.

"room cleanliness was a problem"
the room just didn’t feel like it had been cleaned properly. the floors were dirty, and there were still things left behind in the bathroom from someone else. it made it hard to relax, and i wouldn’t book this place again.

"Room controls were kind of a pain"
The digital room controls were frustrating for me. They kept lagging, and at night it was confusing just trying to adjust things. Maybe the system was outdated or the touchscreen wasn’t working right, I’m not sure, but it definitely made the stay feel less smooth than I expected

"Not exactly giving 'cozy getaway'"
I really didn’t love the vibe of the site. It felt cold, cluttered, and somehow dull all at once, which is quite the achievement. I couldn’t get a solid feel for the hotel, and the photos/design didn’t exactly scream “welcome, relax here.” If anything, it made the place look cheaper than cozy. Based on that first impression, I definitely wouldn’t be rushing to book.

I don’t know, the room just felt kind of empty, like, for what I paid, I was expecting a little more. The amenities were really basic, and halfway through unpacking I kept thinking, wait, is this it? It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely felt like a letdown

The check-in process took forever and got the whole stay off to a frustrating start. I kept hoping things would be smoother after that, but checkout ended up being confusing too, which just made the experience feel more annoying than it needed to be

"Airport trip was, um, not ideal"
I mean, it was fine in the sense that I eventually got there, but getting from the airport was way more annoying than I expected. There wasn’t any clear transport info, so I ended up changing buses while dragging my luggage around, which was super fun, obviously. A taxi was also ridiculously expensive, so that wasn’t much of an option. If easy airport access matters to you, I’d probably look somewhere else.
